Frustrations Initially, when we were being served by the Invermere office, we were pleased with both the expertise and timely service. This office is now open only one day a week and we deal directly with Cranbrook. Our service from that facility in recent months has been hit and miss. The representative has had some helpful suggestions but follow up and return of phone messages is sketchy. At one point, we wondered if the office had closed. Perhaps COVID has caused a shortage of staff.

Fantastic Service The therapist at Cranbrook was fantastic. She was very patience and caring. I would recommend her to anyone who requires a CPAP machine.
