Top Notch!
I am a little surprised at the reviews for this company. I know they had a couple of issues with Reps during the pandemic but I had a new study and had to change from CPAP to BIPAP and although I had the loaner for longer than normal that didn't matter and company did work with me on the price a bit. Once I started with my new Rep, Presley, my customer satisfaction soared. She works so hard to make sure I am getting looked after and answers my email question almost immediately. And she knows her stuff!! Really knowledgeable and haven't stumped her on any question. Couldn't be more satisfied.
